2013 is a very special year for us as very few companies survive in this business for 30 years, some don’t even manage 30 months.
When I formed SSGE in 1983 there were many home improvement companies, now very few of these remain. Because of this when spending large amounts of money on home improvements your decision is made even more difficult.
Today there are many new companies out there, but will the one chosen still be there in the next 10, 20 or 30 years and more importantly will they see out their 10 year guarantee. Being in business is not always easy.
We have all been through some difficult trading years. However despite everything we have steadily grown into a very successful group of companies with a staff of approaching 70, which includes our factory and plastic supply business.
